Digital products

All shop items are digital downloads. No physical item, supplies, software subscription, installation service, or customized implementation is included unless a product page explicitly says otherwise. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Payment & delivery

Direct purchases use the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not collect or store card numbers. Once payment is verified, the order page provides the purchased files. Save your order page and keep a backup. Purchases made on Etsy or Gumroad use that marketplace’s checkout and delivery system.

License

Unless a product’s included license says otherwise, one purchasing person or business may edit and use the files internally, including employees and contractors working for that business. No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing blank templates with other organizations. Service firms need one license per client business. Third-party software and source materials retain their owners’ terms.

Suitability

Read the product page for software requirements and scope before purchase. Administrative templates support recordkeeping; they do not confer certification or replace professional judgment. Industry tools require review by a qualified professional for your jurisdiction and intended use. AI-assisted outputs require human review. No affiliation or endorsement by the software providers or marketplaces is claimed.

Refunds & support

For direct purchases, email [email protected] within seven days of purchase to request a refund, including your order reference and the issue. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. For marketplace purchases, use the order’s marketplace support and refund process. Never email payment credentials or sensitive business records.
